Question from Orthodox Jewish Reader in Israel

So an Orthodox Jewish reader in Israel asked about Orthodox Messianic communities in Israel.

Does anyone have any recommendations for her?

I only know of Ariel and D'vorah Berkowitz of Torah Resource International.  They're very Torah-oriented.

I'll try researching this more this week but in the mean time if anyone knows any Orthodox Messianic Jews in Israel then you can either post here (if they wouldn't mind) or send me a private message.

Shalom,

Peter

  1. I don't know if this particular kehilla is Orthodox, but Shemen Sasson (Oil of Joy) is Messianic. They do have a website. I believe Calev Myers (of the Jerusalem Institute for Justice) may be a congregational leader there.

    1. Thanks for the lead, Marko. I'll check out their website.

  2. Why is the person in Israel asking? Some religious people in the land persecute Jewish believers in Yeshua. Do you know anything about the person who is asking?

    1. She just recently made aliyah. It's legit. But you make a good point.
