Is the "Spirit of Lawlessness" the Same Thing as Christian Anti-Judaism and Messianic Exclusionism?

Satan hates New Covenant Judaism.  He cringed the day Yeshua first wore tzitzit.  He cringed when he saw Yeshua attend synagogue each Shabbat.

But Satan had a plan.  And he was very patient.

His first goal was to eliminate the Jewish leadership in the first century Messianic Assembly.

He succeeded.

His next goal was to create an anti-Messiah (Constantine) who would deceive the Gentile Believers.

He succeeded.

For the next several millenia, all was well for Satan.  He had Gentile Christians murdering Jews in the name of Jesus Christ.  He couldn't have been more pleased with himself.

But then the Jews rallied.

Israel, to his horror, became a nation again.

Still, he was the man with the plan.  He would simply use the same tactics as before:  send out a spirit of lawlessness to prevent the spread of the true, pro-Judaic Gospel.

Yet, he observed that the problem had become more complex:  the spirit of Torah was increasing not only in Jews BUT ALSO IN GENTILES!!!

Satan listened in horror to the reports that even the Gentiles were beginning to take hold of the covenant, to join themselves to the L-rd, to even keep the Sabbath!  And so he remembered the Prophecy:

"...the foreigners who join themselves to the Lord...everyone who keeps the Sabbath and does not profane it and holds fast my covenant--these I will bring to my holy mountain....I will gather others to Him besides those already gathered,"  (Isaiah 56)

So then Satan took aim at the Messianic movement.  His strategy?  Divide and conquer!

He would strike the leaders, deceive them, have them create institutions that preached that the Gentiles were excluded from the covenant, that Gentiles should not follow the Torah, that they were certainly not a part of Israel.

Now, surveying his handiwork, how the Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations and First Fruits of Zion have spread the message of Exclusionism around the globe, Satan recalls the Prophecy once more:

"Let NOT the foreigner who has joined himself to the Lord say 'The Lord will surely exclude me from His People'" (Isaiah 56)

...and Satan laughs.

  1. What can be shaken WILL be shaken…..the powers of heaven and earth shake. So those things which cannot be shaken will stand and we receive a kingdom that cannot be shaken.

“whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more will I make to tremble not the earth only, but also the heaven.

And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain.

Wherefore, receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us have grace, whereby we may offer service well-pleasing to God with reverence and awe:

for our God is a consuming fire.”

  2. "He would strike the leaders, deceive them, have them create institutions that preached that the Gentiles were excluded from the covenant, that Gentiles should not follow the Torah, that they were certainly not a part of Israel."

And those leaders while insisting they alone have a corporate covenant identity and Torah that excludes others will get very angry and insulted if you bring up the "corporate covenant curse and punishment" the nation of Israel has brought upon us (repeatedly) for breaking that covenant.

Then…..it’s everyone else’s fault and they will blame the Assyrian’s, the Babylonian’s, the Catholics, the Roman’s, the Islamist s, etc. No one takes “corporate responsibility” for the evil that has fallen on Israel.

When will we learn that nothing happens to us that G-d has not allowed and would have prevented had we heard his voice and obeyed?

But of course, we instead accuse others of being anti-Semite, hater and murderer of children, one who stands by with glee in heart over G-d's decision to punish or correct Israel, men who gloats over the slaughter of Jews and stand by without helping, who do not know Yeshua and do not serve him, and many other such insults….May we be forgiven.

NEWS FLASH: All the Angels of Heaven, Yeshua himself, stood by and watched the murder of children, the slaughter of Jews, the destruction of the temple, the scattering of Israel to the nations, all the evil that has fallen on Israel…..without helping. These stood by watching, but not with glee as haSatan did. Yeshua was a man of many sorrows because of the hardness of the heart of Israel….Jerusalem. What could be done to prevent these things was all in the hearts of the men of Israel. It’s time we take some responsibility for it.

Israel, Return and he will again hear from heaven. Until then, he will continue to testify against us by the spirit in his prophets and give us into the hand of the people of the lands. Nehemiah 9

“Howbeit thou art just in all that is brought upon us; for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly”

  3. Even Paul spoke of unity in the body, jew and gentile being one, worshipping one God, having one law. As Mark Nanos has shown very well in "Mystery of Romans" Paul wrought to gentiles parting from the Synagogues, feeling superior to Jews. He wrote against a "gentilization" of the one fairh and against a developing Supersessionism. This development of parting of the ways of jews and gentiles led to the Roman Church and eventually to the known evils, namely persecution and holocaust.
FFOZ works to maintain a historical status quo which cannot give unity due to too huge a difference between belief systems like the gentile church and the jewish synagogue. Therefore the only solution to my opinion is One Law for all in One body.
